Take a look at this 1981 ATV's time check, also sponsored by Omega. The time announcement voice over, which was entirely manual and live, i.e. announced on the spot, not pre-recorded as what the case is nowadays, featured the old slogan regarding the brand.

Actually Omega used to be the ad sponsor of TVB's weather report before 1997, when Camel's Paint took over the ad sponsorship. The sponsorship announcement illustrated in this video was of a later generation (English version: "Now, the weather report, brought to you by Omega, the watch for all your significant moments") to illustrate a new slogan of Omega watches. Before that, the old slogan, which had been used for very long actually, was illustrated. Cantonese version: "天氣報告係由亞米茄錶特約播影。亞米茄錶，馳譽世界，一致推崇" English version: "The weather report is brought to you by Omega - The watch the world has learned to trust." This is also the slogan that was seen in all kinds of Omega watch ads, as well as in watch shops, where Omega watches were put on window display, by that time.
